What we offer
- Free access to selected leisure centres or gyms to use their facilities.
- An initial health assessment or physical activity readiness questionnaire.
- A bespoke gym programme tailored to you and your needs.
- Support from a qualified exercise specialist.
Surgery benefits
Helps the surgery achieve QOF outcomes associated with smoking cessation
Paid by outcome model means your surgery could receive up to a maximum of £80 per patient that quits
Reimbursement of Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) or any prescribed Champix/Zyban on a quarterly basis
Direct contact with patients, removing the barrier of a patient not signing up to our service on referral (strike whilst the iron is hot!)
