Our Gloji Groups programme is here to educate and empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing. Delivered by experts in nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change, Gloji Groups helps you build healthy habits around food and physical activity for long term, sustainable change.
We aim to take away the pressure, stress, and guilt so many people feel around food and weight loss, and instead, focus on small, targeted changes that are a fit for your lifestyle. A holistic approach around nutrition, movement, behaviour change, mindset, sleep and alcohol.

“I joined to improve my blood sugar levels by making more healthy choices and exercising. I found setting a SMART goal each week was helpful as it was achievable. I liked the accountability of recording and sending in habit trackers. I feel it’s given me tools to continue in a healthy way. I was impressed with the practitioner, never judgemental but always encouraging.”
“This has been the best thing I’ve done. It’s the longest time I have stuck to anything, and the improvements are huge. I’m in the smallest clothes and lowest weight I’ve been in over 6 years and the best thing is I can run around with my daughter which I wouldn’t have dreamed of doing before.”
"The team were very good at communicating and helping everyone through the highs and lows. Lots of encouragement throughout the course and I'm still in contact with and getting very good support from the practitioner."
